I’m Chuck Knabusch, and for more than 40 years, I’ve been leading, optimizing, and transforming manufacturing operations. From the battlefield to the plant floor to the boardroom, I’ve seen firsthand how the right systems and leadership approach can turn chaos into clarity—and stress into sustainable success.
Integrity has been my North Star throughout my career. Clients know they can count on me for honest advice, pragmatic solutions, and follow-through that turns plans into results.
