Our partners

The 100WEEKS core values

Our core values reflect what 100WEEKS prioritizes and stands for. They give our teams and colleagues direction to make the informed decisions in critical situations:

Equality

Equality is central to everything we do at 100WEEKS. All are respected for who they are. Each person is unique and these differences are how we can learn from one another.

  • We give everyone the confidence and freedom to work independently and make decisions (within everyone's comfort). This requires responsibility, honesty, and perseverance from our team. Making mistakes is allowed and you will not be judged on them. Learn from your mistakes and use it as a platform to grow.
  • At 100WEEKS, we value and encourage all opinions and inputs. This means that we actively seek input from our colleagues in the field when developing new ideas.
  • We are all responsible for a pleasant working environment. We respect each other's time, both inside and outside working hours, we keep the office tidy and avoid noise nuisance for colleagues during meetings or other conversations.

Integrity

We strive to be a reliable partner for our participants, local partners, and our donors. We communicate clearly, precisely and honestly with our participants and partners. This means that we also communicate truthfully about any struggles.

We apply the 'do no harm' principle to any conflicts or misunderstandings. We are aware that our actions may have an unintended negative impact and do our best to prevent these incidents as much as possible.

  • We are proactive in investigating possible negative effects of implementing our program in the local context.
  • We collect privacy-sensitive data from our participants and are therefore responsible for the careful storage and usage of this data. The data we work with is anonymized and we do not send privacy-sensitive data by email.
  • We keep our Privacy and Security policy up to date and ensure that our colleagues are aware of this policy.

Think different

Our goal is to make as much impact as possible on a large scale. We have a creative attitude, think outside the box, dare to take initiative, to propose new plans. We challenge ourselves to always look for a more efficient and smarter way of working and to think differently.
