Shipping Policy

We manufacture our products in Finland and distribute them within the European Union via zewer-tools.com. During this process, certain personal information such as your name, delivery address, and contact number may be shared with trusted courier partners to ensure successful delivery, in accordance with our privacy practices.

Shipping Methods

We use reliable third-party couriers such as FedEx, DHL, and GLS depending on your location. At this time, we do not offer courier selection at checkout.

Express shipping availability varies by region. Please contact us before placing your order if you require delivery in less than 3 business days.

Note: We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers.

Order Processing

Orders are processed on weekdays between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM (EET/GMT+2). In-stock items are typically dispatched the same or next business day. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you within one business day and offer the choice to wait, accept a partial shipment, or cancel for a full refund.

Delivery Time

Delivery times within the EU typically range between 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may require additional transit time.

If delivery is significantly delayed and exceeds a reasonable timeframe (typically 30 days), you may cancel the order and request a full refund.

Tracking

Once dispatched, a tracking number will be emailed to you, allowing you to monitor your parcel in real-time.

Partial Deliveries

Some orders may be delivered in multiple shipments depending on item size or stock location. You will receive tracking information for each parcel if this occurs. No additional delivery fees will apply for split shipments unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Delivery Issues & Refusals

If a parcel cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information, if delivery is refused, or if the customer fails to collect the package from a pickup point or respond to courier or customs contact attempts within the designated timeframe, the shipment will be returned.

In such cases, any refund issued will exclude the original shipping cost, the return shipping cost, and any additional fees incurred due to the failed delivery.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

In the event of damage or loss during transit, please notify us immediately. We will work with the courier and, if applicable, replace or refund your order.

Once the courier confirms delivery to the address provided (including proof of delivery or recipient signature), we consider the order fulfilled. Claims for missing parcels must be made within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We will assist you in filing a claim with the courier if appropriate.

What the Shipping Fee Covers

The fee includes packaging, courier charges, and delivery to your door. No additional taxes or duties will be incurred within the EU.

Service Interruptions or Undeliverable Regions

In rare cases, we may not be able to deliver to certain areas due to courier restrictions, weather conditions, or geopolitical factors. If this affects your order, we will contact you promptly with alternative options or a full refund.
