Our initiatives focus on strengthening the capacity of youth-serving and youth-led organizations, fostering innovation, and driving positive change within local communities.

Avencion

Avencion is a social enterprise committed to empowering youth, improving health outcomes, and expanding economic opportunities for underserved communities. Focusing on employability, digital skills, and financial inclusion, the organization partners with others to equip young people with tools for success. Avencion drives impact through practical, scalable solutions that foster resilience, inclusive and sustainable future of work across Africa.

Jacaranda Hub

Jacaranda Hub is a Social Enterprise and Eco-System developer established in 2017 that fosters youth innovation and entrepreneurship through a provision of collective services including mentorship, capacity building, business incubation, and digital skills programs. It supports startups with training, resources, and collaborative spaces, like the Boost UP 2024 Business Accelerator, promoting socio-economic development and youth empowerment.

The Healing Balm Foundation

The Healing Balm Foundation advocates for the inclusion of persons with disabilities particularly women, youth, and children empowering them to access services, employment, and life skills. Its vision is an inclusive society respecting disability rights, and its mission is to promote independence, employability, and social equality for marginalized individuals without segregation.

Play It Forward

Play It Forward empowers young people to take control of their lives, equipping them with skills for success in school, the workforce, and everyday life. Through mentorship and hands-on opportunities, Play It Forward bridges the gap between potential and achievement, fostering a new generation of confident, capable leaders

Primrose Community Health Organization

Primrose Community Health Organization is a Zambia based nonprofit in Kafue, established in 2004 to support people living with HIV/AIDS. It empowers children, adolescents, and youth through health services, economic empowerment, education, WASH, and climate initiatives, providing skills training, entrepreneurship support, and resources to foster sustainable community development.

HOPE Worldwide Lusaka

HOPE worldwide Zambia (HwwZ), established in 1999, is a faith-based NGO improving health, education, and livelihoods for vulnerable children, youth, and families. Operating in Lusaka and Southern Province, it addresses HIV/SRHR, GBV, ECD, and socio-economic vulnerabilities through community programs, reaching over 30,000 beneficiaries with holistic support.

Bakashana Basambilile

Bakashana empowers rural youth in Zambia through a culturally grounded, strength-based approach. It provides scholarships for secondary and tertiary education, health services, computer and literacy training, life skills clubs in 31 schools, and a daycare for children with severe disabilities, fostering youth leadership and community development.

Copper Rose Zambia

Copper Rose Zambia is the largest youth-led organization in Zambia, empowering youth and women across health, youth development , and gender sectors. It prioritizes nurturing young people as Africa’s greatest asset, driving social and economic development, and aspires to be a leading catalyst for transformative change on the continent.

Brave Heart Foundation

Brave Heart is a humanitarian foundation primarily serving the Meheba Refugee Settlement in Zambia. Founded on the message "You are not alone, you are not forgotten," the organization provides life-saving assistance, including emergency food aid, ambulance services, and educational support, to refugees who have fled conflict and hardship. The foundation fosters a collaborative ecosystem that empowers displaced youth to transition from crisis to self-reliance through leadership training and sustainable development projects.

Charity Center For Children and Youth development (CCCYD)

Charity Centre for Children and Youth Development (CCCYD) is a registered non-profit, non-governmental organization founded in May 2005. It was established in response to the challenges faced by orphans, vulnerable children, youth, and women. CCCYD is dedicated to improving access to education, skills development, and sustainable livelihoods. Operating primarily in North-Western Province, the organization implements impactful programs in girls’ education, vocational skills, STEM, youth entrepreneurship, financial literacy, women empowerment and community development.
