NOTE:
|
- Payment of fee is to be made online on quarterly basis by the 10th of every Quarter for Day Boarders and half yearly for Boarders.
- Late fee fine at the rate of ₹ 100/- per day will be charged after the due date which would be 10th of Apr & Oct for Boarders and 10th of Apr, Jul, Oct and Jan for Day Boarders.
- Please note that the school will not send fee payment reminders. Kindly ensure that payments are made on time.
- In case outstanding dues along with late fee are not paid till last day of any quarter then the name of the fee defaulter Student will be struck off from the school rolls. Thereafter, the
Student can be re-admitted only at the discretion of the Director by treating it as a fresh case of admission. A sum of ₹ 3000/- as re-admission charges will be levied. The Director
also reserves the right to refuse re-admission in such cases.
- Admission to class XI is considered as a fresh admission along with all connected charges.
- Class XI will be charged for tuition fee for all 12 months of the academic year.
- Notice of withdrawal must be given one month in advance. Failure to do so will entail the payment of one month’s fee in lieu of notice period.
- Caution money must be claimed within three months of the Student withdrawal else it would lapse.
- A sum of ₹ 1000/- will be charged for issue and dispatch of duplicate transcripts to various universities.
