Yoga Class Descriptions

Rasa Yoga – 12-weeks (available Monday or Thursday)

A heart-centered journey blending flow and form, mantra and myth, breath and embodied alignment. This 12-week series offers a soulful and powerful approach to yoga that strengthens, softens, and inspires in equal measure. Each class weaves together intelligent sequencing, functional alignment, breathwork, mudra, mantra, and mythic storytelling — creating a practice that is both grounding and transformative. Over the course of the series, you’ll experience the full spectrum of Rasa Yoga:

  • Agni practices that build strength, vitality, focus, and inner fire
  • Nectarian practices that cultivate softness, grounding, deep release, and steadiness
  • Breath-led transitions that support clarity and presence
  • Themes that integrate Tantric philosophy in a practical, accessible way
  • A consistent weekly rhythm that lets your practice evolve over time

Rasa Yoga is perfect for practitioners with some previous yoga experience who want to deepen their understanding of alignment, breath, philosophy, and embodied awareness — while moving in a way that feels purposeful, soulful, and supportive. Whether you join on Mondays at 17 or 18.45 or Thursdays at 17, each class offers the same depth, intention, and richness.

Roll & Reset – 12-weeks

A deeply regulating weekly practice Thursdays at 18.30 – 19.45 designed to release tension, improve breath, and support whole-system downshifting.

This series is my unique blend of the Roll Model® Method, gentle FAMO principles, breathwork, and a touch of restorative support — crafted to help your nervous system settle in a grounded, effective way.

Each week focuses on a different area of the body, using self-myofascial release, breath-based movement, and simple rest-based shapes to create ease and spaciousness. Perfect for anyone feeling stressed, tight, overwhelmed, or craving a nourishing weekly reset that works on fascia, breath, awareness, and emotional regulation. It replaces the previous Reset: Roll & Restoratives class with a more integrated, modern, and therapeutic approach.

FAMO Slow – 12-weeks

A gentle, fascia-friendly movement series designed to unwind tension and support nervous-system balance. Inspired by FAMO Fascia Movement®, the practice focuses on soft spirals, waves, elastic recoil, and breath-led transitions — all explored at a calm, mindful pace.

Over 12 weeks, every Tuesday at 17-18.15  you’ll learn how to move with more ease, fluidity, and responsiveness. This series is ideal if you’re navigating stress or fatigue, want a slower and more spacious approach to movement, or simply need a practice that supports grounding and gentle regulation. It replaces the Rasa Gentle & Restoratives class with a more functional and effective fascia + breath + nervous-system approach.

FAMO Basics – Drop in Class

A welcoming entry point into fascia-focused movement. Wednesdays at 16.30 – 17.30

FAMO Basics is a drop-in class designed to introduce you to the essential principles of FAMO Fascia Movement® in an accessible, pressure-free way.
Each class stands on its own, so you can join when it suits you — no previous experience and no long-term commitment required.

We explore foundational movement patterns such as spirals, waves, elastic recoil, and breath-led transitions that help the body move as one integrated whole. The pace is clear, mindful, and supportive, with time to sense, feel, and understand what’s happening in your body. Over time, you’ll naturally build mobility, functional strength, proprioception, and confidence in movement — without pushing or forcing.

Perfect for:

  • Anyone looking for an intelligent, embodied approach to movement
  • Curious movers and yogis
  • Newcomers to FAMO
  • Those wanting better body awareness and coordination

FAMO Saturday Reset

(Every other Saturday 12 – 13.15)

A nourishing weekend practice to unwind, reset, and move with ease.

FAMO Saturday Reset is a spacious, fascia-focused class designed to help you transition out of the week and into the weekend with more ease, breath, and clarity.
The practice blends gentle FAMO principles — spirals, waves, elastic responsiveness, and fluid transitions — with grounding breath and time to integrate.

This is not a training or a learning-heavy class.
It’s an opportunity to explore movement that feels good, restores balance, and supports nervous-system regulation after a busy week.

Expect a calm, exploratory pace, intuitive movement, and a sense of reset rather than performance.
Some weeks may feel more fluid, others more grounding — always guided by what supports the whole system best.

Perfect for:

  • Easing tension and stress
  • Supporting nervous-system balance
  • Maintaining mobility and hydration of the fascia
  • Complementing Rasa Yoga or strength training
  • Anyone wanting a softer, more embodied weekend practice

Series length may sometimes vary from 8-12 weeks. Visit the Prices & Booking page to see what’s on offer.
