Welcome. My highest aim is to be of service so you may ignite your courage and live your life in truth and authenticity. Here you’ll find my story, teaching philosophy, and the heart behind YogaPlace studio.
Meet Hrönn
Born in Iceland, now rooted in Denmark, I am a mother, wife, and the founder of Yoga4Courage and YogaPlace. My journey is shaped by a deep love for yoga, a background in nursing, and a lifelong curiosity for the human body and spirit.
I am a Rasa Yoga Lead Teacher Trainer, Anusara Inspired™, E-RYT 500, YACEP, Certified Foundation Training Instructor, Certified Roll Model® Method Practitioner, and Strong through Menopause Coach.
My teaching is a heart-centered, empowering fusion of form and flow, devoted to helping students reclaim connection with Self, awaken purpose, and cultivate vibrant health.
I am committed to anti-racism work and to creating a welcoming, inclusive space for all.

Teaching Philosophy
Yoga calls us to the deeper, stickier, and vulnerable parts of ourselves. This work can be messy, confrontational, and uncomfortable—but always worth it. My classes move you through creative, biomechanically savvy sequences, sprinkled with transformational themes that offer new insights on and off the mat. I am here to help you grow, reclaim your connection with Self, and cultivate vibrant health through yoga and meditation.


YogaPlace – Your Space to Connect and Restore
YogaPlace is an intimate, personal studio in Brønshøj, Copenhagen, founded in 2011. We offer high-quality teaching in a safe, supportive environment where you can go deep into your own experience. With a maximum of 8 students per class, everyone is seen and encouraged individually. Our classes are taught in Danish or English, and we provide all the props you need for your practice. We diffuse therapeutic-grade essential oils for a relaxing or uplifting atmosphere, and offer tea or lemon water before and after class.
What to Expect
We primarily offer 8-12-week class series to help you commit and grow with a consistent group. Drop-in classes are also available.
Classes incorporate movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and final relaxation.
All levels are welcome—no prior experience needed. Modifications and variations are always offered.
