Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing xrpsync.com or using the XRPSync Wallet (“the Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Description of Service

XRPSync provides:

• Real-time XRP Ledger market data and orderbook visualization
• AI-curated news aggregation related to XRP and the XRPL ecosystem
• An ecosystem map of XRPL-related projects and partners
• A desktop wallet (Electron) for managing XRPL accounts locally
• Optional automated trading strategies for PRO subscribers
• A subscription tier (PRO) offering enhanced features

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts in your jurisdiction. The Services may not be available in all regions. You are responsible for compliance with local laws.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must register an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.

5. Subscriptions

PRO subscriptions are paid in XRP via on-ledger transactions. Subscriptions auto-renew on a monthly basis unless canceled. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods.

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Trading and Wallet Use

YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL TRADING ACTIVITY. XRPSync provides tools and information; we do not execute trades on your behalf without your explicit authorization. By using automated trading features, you acknowledge:

• All trades execute on the public XRP Ledger
• Cryptocurrency markets are volatile and you may lose money
• We do not guarantee profitability, accuracy of signals, or system uptime
• You are responsible for monitoring your positions and balances
• You authorize specific transactions through your wallet's signing process

7. Wallet Custody

XRPSync Wallet stores private keys locally on your device. You are solely responsible for backing up your seed phrase and master password. We CANNOT recover lost passwords, lost seeds, or lost funds. Loss of credentials results in permanent loss of wallet access.

8. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use the Services for illegal activity, money laundering, or terrorism financing
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our software
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
• Use the Services to impersonate any person or entity
• Engage in market manipulation, wash trading, or front-running
• Scrape or harvest data from the Services without permission

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. We make no guarantees about:

• Uptime, availability, or performance
• Accuracy or completeness of data
• Profitability of trading strategies
• Security against all possible threats
• Compatibility with all systems

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, XRPSYNC, ITS OPERATORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or as required by law.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kentucky.
