The XRP Ledger is a permissionless, decentralized cryptocurrency network. Our use of XRPL infrastructure — including operating our own validator node, accessing the XRPL Decentralized Exchange, and supporting RLUSD trading pairs — does not imply any business relationship with Ripple Labs or any related entity.
XRP is a digital asset native to the XRPL. References to “XRP” on this site refer exclusively to the cryptocurrency and the underlying ledger technology, not to Ripple Labs Inc. or its products.
XRPSync is founded and operated by a U.S. military veteran and runs its own U.S.-based validator on the XRP Ledger. XRPSync is likewise NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. government, the U.S. Department of Defense, or the U.S. armed forces.

Trading Risk

Standard use of XRPSync does not automate your trades. Trading on XRPSync is manual: you review and sign every transaction yourself. Where optional automated or strategy-based features are made available to eligible accounts, they are tools that execute trades based on conditions you configure; they do not ensure profitability or prevent losses, and you may lose funds. You are solely responsible for any trading activity initiated through your account or wallet, including any optional automated features you choose to enable.
Wallet Custody
XRPSync Wallet stores private keys exclusively on your device, encrypted with a master password you control. We do not have access to your private keys, recovery phrases, or wallet contents. Loss of your master password or recovery seed will result in permanent loss of access to your funds. XRPSync cannot recover lost passwords or seeds.
Regulatory Posture — Non-Custodial Infrastructure
XRPSync is non-custodial software and market-data infrastructure for the XRP Ledger. We never hold, control, or have access to your private keys or funds; our servers store only public wallet addresses. Every transaction is signed locally on your device and settles peer-to-peer on the public, decentralized XRP Ledger. XRPSync is not a bank, broker, dealer, exchange of record, custodian, money services business, money transmitter, or investment adviser.
Because XRPSync never takes custody or control of user funds — the defining element of money transmission — and because all activity is transparent and on-chain, with no mixing, anonymizing, or concealment function of any kind, XRPSync does not operate as a money transmitter. We do not provide, and will never provide, services designed to conceal funds or to evade legal, sanctions, or reporting obligations.
Eligibility & jurisdiction. XRPSync is not available where its use would be unlawful, and may restrict or block access from certain jurisdictions. We do not currently perform individualized identity verification (KYC), sanctions-list (SDN) screening, or automated geographic blocking; you are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction and for complying with all applicable laws, including tax obligations. Any fiat on-ramp is operated by an independent, separately regulated third party.
SYNC Token
SYNC is a utility token native to the XRP Ledger with a fixed supply, issued by a blackholed account that can never create additional supply. SYNC is intended for use within the XRPSync platform. It is not an investment, security, or a promise of profit or future value, and should not be acquired with any expectation of returns. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security or financial instrument.
