This was a heartbreakingly awful state for anyone to be in. I’d love to send something I’ve made for the new safe home. I make art, cushions & recycle furniture. Would he accept such a gift do you think? 🤞💛

People weathering the covid storm in a luxury multiple accommodations telling people facing loss of income, homelessness, bereavement, illness, shielding, social isolation they’re ‘gutless’. Quite a look. 🙄 #TakingTheDis

In a quality city a disabled person should be able to use a car without feeling judged or guilty if that’s their only form of transport

@TelegraphLife I hope you are going to donate the fee for that awful tone deaf article you wrote about fasting & hunger pangs to @Depher. Certainly do a lot more good than that article you published 🤮

@catalysthousing how can this not be a criminal case of neglect? Or a environmental health failing? How can this be acceptable for anyone to live in? Families with children. This is horrific 💔 #Asthma #Breathing #ChildrensHealth #HousingStandards #SickeningHomes #ShamefulNeglect

@Mark_J_Harper public transport being made even more inaccessible especially for many disabled ppl. Why? Do you think disability discrimination is ok? In 2023? Or don’t you care if disabled ppl are openly excluded by closing ticket offices?💔#TakingTheUtterDis #DirectExclusion

I did ask Jez & channel 5 what the alternative was? Work camps? Institutions? Death? But they decided not to answer to what the plans are for those who can’t work. They don’t seem to be aware of Nazis & Aktion T4 which started with this exact same rhetoric either 💔🤮💔

Imagine how many more prison cells they gonna need for all the rogue landlords & unsafe housing providers?! Maybe a whole prison ship worth? 🤔

This shows the difference in expectations so well! Impossible to deny the inequality when it’s presented in this way 👏

My 73 dad doesn’t have a smart phone just an old Nokia. He’s doesn’t want one either. Bus stops now often have just a QR code & no printed timetable. Leaving him without access to knowing about bus times from a rural village too. I can tell him but his autonomy is impacted 💔

Austerity was class war by another bame. It wasnt necessary and cost more money than it saved. The fact that most peiole cant pay rent, bills and food on 100% wages let alone 80% also important. Wages/ rents/ travel/ bills have not met for decades.many people rely on credit.
