Literally just build more housing. My friend just moved from a highish cost of living state (Not CA OR NY) to North Carolina and his rent close to halfed for a comparable apartment. That’d make most people consider picking up and moving imo.

Microsoft Teams will support multiple work accounts, but you'll have to wait a while
