Those of us who take inspiration from Mr Jinnah, please keep fighting. No matter what the fight, neurosurgery or no neurosurgery. Jinnah fought on and lived his convictions, despite consumption and he was 30 years older than I am today.
I'm so grateful I've gotten yet another chance to beat my brain tumour. Thank you, Dr Athar Enam and Aga Khan Karachi for a skillful awake craniotomy procedure. To family & friends for their endless prayers. May you and yours stay safe. This is me crawling back into words:
Pakistan sent its first satellite into Space in 1963 long before India. But then we allowed Mullahs to run amok in this country. In 1963 Salam was the head of SUPARCO. Now someone like him wouldn't be allowed in the country.
Imran Khan’s first order to PM House staff was to bring a detail of expenditure by Nawaz Sharif as PM. Poor guy was then told that NS paid from his own pocket. He didn’t believe it. Was shown cheques. Ha ha.
Hamid Mir: “If Pakistan’s journalists can defeat powerful dictators like General Musharraf, they can defeat fake democracies too.”
@HamidMirPAK speaks at the #AJConf on @AmberRShamsi’s panel.
After becoming Governor General of Pakistan Jinnah maintained his citizenship of India. Just FYI. He was planning on going home and retiring in Bombay.
I was going to vote for PPP on 25th July even though they were going to lose badly from constituency. However now I have decided to vote for #PMLN after this decision. Vote for PMLN. I have never voted for PMLN considering it a terrible party. But now I might join it as well.
