One of my regulars when I waited tables was a transwoman named Bev. I liked Bev. I did my absolute best to treat Bev like a woman, not because she ever asked, but because that was the kind and compassionate thing to do.
Fast forward fifteen years and it’s different. While I’ll

- “Cis” is an unnecessary term designed to give the impression that the trans community is far more robust than it is. Calling someone trans is all we need. The rest of us are just people, not “cis” people. The trans modifier denotes the outlier exception. There’s no need for “cis”
- Replying to @ABC7NYIt is his son. Please stop insulting your audience. We have eyes and ears and know there is a difference between male and female.
- This is congresswoman @RepSummerLee. She called Riley Gaines transphobic for wanting to protect women’s sports during a congressional hearing on title IX today. In response, Gaines correctly stated that @RepSummerLee is a misogynist. Lee then moved to have Gaines’ comment struck
- Replying to @Aoife_Bee_They do belong in the men’s room. Sorry, plastic surgery does not a woman make. Why don’t you advocate for your own third spaces? Why is that sooooo hard? We don’t want you in the womens. It’s a hard NO. That you don’t listen is rapey and such a total man thing to do.
- There is no trans murder epidemic. Accurate statistics show that a trans individual is LESS LIKELY to be murdered than a woman, or ANY member of the general population. The “epidemic of violence” myth is spread by politicians, orgs, and media. Do not believe this shameless lie.
- I am going to avoid the term “trans women” from now on. They will henceforth be called “trans identified males” or “biological males.” Language is critical in forming one’s perception of reality. And they must be seen as men, because that is, in fact, exactly what they are.
- The governor of Oklahoma, through executive order, just passed the Women’s Bill of Rights. Now, in OK, the words women, men, male, female, boy, girl, father, and mother are defined in law according to their biological meanings. The order also provides for single sex spaces such
- Virtue signaling that “TWAW” never sat right with me. I joined Twitter because 1.5 years ago, I posted on FB about the danger of declaring TWAW and subsequently lost about 10-15 friends. Thank you Twitter terfs for being there and educating and inspiring me every day. Big ❤️
- An epidemic of violence against trans people sounds REALLY bad. That is until you realize it doesn’t exist.
- Title IX was enacted to protect women from discrimination based on SEX. Biden is rewriting it to protect trans people. Can trans people do their own activism for once rather than gutting the protections other groups have secured? I’m so sick of this.
- Can we stop calling them trans “rights”? They’re really trans demands. No one has a right to choose the sex of their sports team. No right to use a specific toilet. No right to sleep with lesbians or gay men who don’t want you. It’s not about rights. It’s all about entitlement.
- Things I did in early childhood: Painting, swimming, catching minnows, playing with my brother ❤️ Things I did not do in early childhood: Assimilating queer theory, learning about different sexualities, exploring my “gender identity” This is in schools. We are failing kids.
- Why is it that when people try to “identify” into a racial minority, there is outrage because one cannot ever know the oppression felt by that minority, but when men “identify” as women, it’s a-okay and no mention is made of women’s oppression? Oh that’s right. Women don’t matter
