After nearly a decade of casting I figured it was about time to put a reel together! Check below for a link to the full reel, and if you're looking for someone to help with commentary or talent management at your event, my DMs are open.
this is commentary manager @ssb_skabs after that axe set
skabs keeps booking June for commentary and June just keeps going too far in bracket to commentate
This weekend I said "you better get a standin ready for when June makes top 8!" And then he said "hahaha can you imagine?"
When Xanadu's offline weeklies resumed I started coordinating with local commentators to set schedules and get some new voices on the mic. I've been really happy with the growth of our crew, and apparently VGBC has too, as I've been formally hired as Xanadu's commentary manager!
Now that supernova is over, i wana bring this tweet back because if im honest? im tired of the disrespect lol
again no names need to be mentioned but this is now the second time ina row Supernova has contacted me less than 2 weeks before the event to discuss being hired
🧵?

Honored to get the chance to work with the @SuperSmashCon team, and can't wait to dive in!
Xanadu has been visited by countless commentators over its 13+ year run. I can think of no better way to celebrate its legacy than showcasing the talented community members that have lent their voices to so many events.
Give it up for the casters of the final Xanadu Arcadian!
I've had newer commentators mention how expensive it can be to attend a bunch of events just to work on casting. Cost shouldn't keep people from getting into commentary, so @SmashFiles and I created a policy for Xanadu and The Cave to waive venue fees for dedicated casters!
Honored to announce that I'll be managing commentary for Supernova this year! Looking forward to working with the @SuperSmashCon team to highlight some of the best commentators in the scene.
Volunteer, media, and commentary applications are all live at SuperSmashCon.com.
Dingus Joe was one of the kindest and most genuine people I've met in the scene. My heart goes out to his family.
Rest in peace Joe, you will be missed.
I've only ever used twitter for memes and commentary, but will be pivoting for a bit, as I'm taking my motorcycle coast-to-coast next week! Heading from Cape Henlopen, DE to the Santa Monica Pier in CA over the course of two weeks. Looking forward to seeing more of the country.
