    Sync up your brain/body w/ the ground! Parasympathetic breathing, the entire kinetic chain, locomotion influenced, vestibular-somatosensory-visual inputs, & ground forces ✅ Perform 1-2 nasal breaths in each configuration 🔑 ~5-10 bouts/day sounds right. @WGF1 @Matt_Van_Dyke
