- The best player in the playoffs to date: Not McDavid. Not Matthews. Not Kucherov. Not Gaudreau. Not Shesterkin. Not Huberdeau. Sidney Crosby. And that’s amazing.
- Did you ask him what he thought of the US President referring to the Canadian Prime Minister as “Governor Trudeau” yesterday. This isn’t hockey booing. This is our country under attack. - It’s almost 1 am. This brilliant NHL game is tied 3-3 and half of Canada is asleep or barely awake. How stupid is this of the NHL and our friends at Rogers?

- I have been to Stanley Cup Final games in 21 different cities. I have never seen anything like the scene around tonight's game in Nashville.
- Brayden Point has scored 15 goals in his last 18 Stanley Cup playoff games. He signed for $6.75 million 10 days after Mitch Marner was paid $10.9 million by the Leafs. Marner hasn't scored a goal in his past 18 playoff games.
- In 2022, a restaurant owner named Mohamad Fakih was awarded with Order of Canada. In 2025, he should be stripped of that honour for promoting hatred. Our Canada cannot be about hate. And honouring someone with vile opinions is insulting to all who believe in this country.
- Apologies to Trudeau's federal government, who in the end turned down the Blue Jays after the Toronto municipal government and Ontario provincial government was OK with them playing in Toronto. The feds said no - and proud of them for doing so.
- This is an embarrassing look for the NHL. Having management on screen talking to their players. Having a marginal pro wrestler make the no 1 pick for San Jose. Please don’t do this again, NHL.
