    It’s with a heavy heart that the club announces the passing of one of our open age players. Connor Borthwick sadly died on Thursday at the age of 22. Our condolences go out to Mandy, Darren, Emily and all his family and friends. Rest in peace Connor ❤️

    1/2 With heavy hearts, we remember our good friend Connor Borthwick today. In tribute to the life he led and the impact he’s had on so many, the club will play in our new kit. CB9 is printed on the back of each shirt and the sponsors have been chosen by Connor’s amazing family.

    2/2 Also, the lads will be wearing black armbands and the number 9 jersey has been signed by everyone at the club, retired and will be presented to Connor’s family. Additionally, a replica will be hung in the clubhouse. We miss you big man #CB9

    This Saturday sees the inaugural 7 a-side CB9 tournament take place at 11.30am at Vicarage Lane playing fields. This is in memory of one of our young players who we sadly lost last year. Connor Borthwick was a great player but more importantly he was a great lad.
