Have you considered that they are complaining about all the administrative nonsense that is forced upon us? How about budget neutrality which continues to cripple us and advancements of technology? How about the exponential growth of administrators telling us how to practice?

Today @CMSGov announced another significant cut for electrophysiologists (as well as our interventional colleagues), this time for left atrial appendage closure. Starting in 2026, reimbursement will be cut by 27%. This just a few years after the draconian cardiac ablation cuts.

This was our boots. Feral, took us a year to catch him after feeding him every day. We had to move and took him with us, he disappeared for 4 months after the move then magically showed back up. Never left after that
