- Impromptu day off with the cat and went back to @leytonorientfc, couldn't waste an afternoon off and even Lee's mum went to pay her respect #RIPJustin #lofc

- These past few weeks have been a tough one for the Orient family, good people taken from us far too soon & some of those still here are fighting hard to stay with us. Hope 2023 can & does get better. RIP to those whom have passed & stay positive to those fighting. #lofc
- Did a very small run yest but it was a proper run, only stopped maybe twice to a quick walking pace to catch my breath, another small pat on the back for someone who could just about run for a train 7 months ago, felt self conscious esp round the park but I persevered #highfive
