My dear @DalrympleWill Kohinoor was not surrendered by Maharaja Dileep Singh he was coerced to give. He was kidnapped and Queen Victoria was the kidnapper. The worst depiction is in this book about the story of a 5 year old son of Shere Punjab who was as the Empire's hostage.

Watched the screening of Punjab 1995. This movie needs to be shown without any cuts. The story of Punjab especially of Human Rights Activist Jaswant Singh Khalra, his body was never recovered. Punjab has been through generational trauma. Why stepmotherly treatment to Punjab ?
