Over the last week, TfL have quietly started cleaning graffiti from the Bakerloo line.
Just goes to show what a group of motivated citizens can achieve.

The issue is these taxes will ulitimately just end up doing the following:
1 - reducing rental supply (meaning many tenants would not have access to housing)
2 - increasing rent on remaining stock
There are far more sensible solutions.
The issue is he has built a product for a mkt which simply doesnt exist - I see these every day.
He should have renovated on v low spec, rented on LT tenancy to council and packaged and sold.
Eng prop mkt works only for v poor or v wealthy.
Adding NI to rental income would likely create significant CGT receipts for the government.
The extra tax on income would likely push many BtL landlords to such a financial position that they will have no other option but sell.
RRB will mean the likely buyer the tenant.
