- I saw Eddington tonight, and there were three teenagers sitting in the row in front of me. The movie starts, and about five minutes into it one of them says: “Guys, I really don’t think this is Fantastic Four.”
- This has unfortunately been the norm for a long time. When I was in college I was basically the only person in my film classes actually interested in film history. They just wanted to be famous. A classmate actually called me gay to my face for saying I liked older movies.not to be a hater but sometimes I talk to ppl in undergraduate film/animation programs who readily admit that they dont like watching movies and prefer watching either children's media or YouTube and it makes me feel like ripping my hair out
- The release of this movie really is going to be crazy here and other places online. I can’t think of another event in horror that could be able to produce such toxic energy. - Not that I have a stake in this whatsoever, but this is such a non statement that doesn’t even address any of the issues that folks are criticizing him for. Someone using their religion as a shield in the same breath as claiming they believe in nothing politically is a red flag.Some rude & slanderous things have been said about my character and I just want to clarify that I am not right-wing or bigoted or anything besides thankful for my opportunity to make goofy YouTube. - James Somerton saying the Patreon billing will resume soon is a wild way to end that. Even if you were empathetic in the beginning of it with the story of how these weeks have been, he tanks it himself by the end. Honestly it was just sad to watch and hard to finish.
