Don’t hate me, but this has a *lot* of what I’d like to see from Arsenal at LB next year. Solidity, underlaps, overlaps, width, movement, inversion, comfort in all three spots in the rest shape.- Replying to @potshotpodAll of this is very exciting. Merino is a platformer, a combative, left-footed passer to a left side that needed a player like him since Granit Xhaka. These first games have shown a glimpse into what the future of the Arsenal midfield might be, and that is very exciting. (8/8)
