Today we release Rhaister, an elegant statistical model that predicts drug phenotypes in new contexts w/ accuracies comparable to experimental assays. And dropping Emerald Bay, a 2M cell dataset measuring long time-course phenotypes across 1000s of drug-cell line interactions.

We generated the world's largest single cell atlas, Tahoe-100M @vevo_ai (larger than all public data combined). We are announcing today that we are fully open-sourcing it. And we are collaborating with @NVIDIAHealth to train modes of cell state on its data.

کسی دیگه از بچه‌های دهه‌ی شصتی اینجا مثل من عقده‌ی کالباس خالی خالی خوردن داره؟ اون موقعا سس‌گوجه و خیارشور و گوجه و نون ساندویچ و مایونز وغیره همه به نظرم مخلفاتی بودند که برای جبران کمبود کالباس به خورد ما می‌دادند سیر شیم. ولی جنس ناب همون مزه‌ی ژامبون و مارتادلا زیر دندون بود

We put Tahoe-100M on @huggingface around a week ago. it has already surpassed 4K downloads and is now one of the top 20 biological datasets being downloaded. And what I love is how easy and intuitive it is to access and play with the dataset on Huggingface. Really neat.

داشت الان خوابم می‌برد، وسط خواب و بیداری یه‌هو یادم اومد یه قسمت اصلی داستانو پاک فراموش کردم: ما اصلا سر وقت واسه اون سانس رسیده بودیم. یارو بلیط فروشه فیلمه رو ۲۰ دیقه قبلش شروع کرده بود که زن و شوهره که زود رسیده بودند حوصله‌شون سر نره. بم زیباترین است.
