- Replying to @jamesonhaslamHot plate onsite every day for our Guatemalan crew. Except when they have their Little Caesar’s deep dish break.
- Replying to @JaredDHardinTips I could add: Have a grinder & cutoff wheels for your sticks of #4 rebar. Have a good hammer drill and bits as that’s where your time will be spent other than making 2-3 trips to get your wheel stops. If the pavement is shoddy where you’re leaving them use epoxy to bond
- Replying to @amycalandrinoBelieving for you that Christmas will bring unity to your family.
- Replying to @histories_archWait until you learn about Mummy Juanita in Arequipa. Teenage Royalty from Cusco, sacrificed as a tribute and buried at 20,000ft in a tomb on Mt Ampato.
- Replying to @JustineBatemanPray for Mother’s throat cancer and son who’s deployed in the Philippines, thank you!
- Replying to @jasonkovacsAnd above all else don’t copy it word for word from another pastor.
- What’s quickly becoming our basic package. Pool/spa, travertine, waterfall, micro pebble, patio cover, & turf.
- Currently helping another builder hit his deadline for a current NFL player, who won a SB in 2018, parent’s home. His ask: can you do an equipment set/full electrical in the next 2 days if I call in the inspection for pebbletech at the end of 2nd day? Me: ✅
- Replying to @shawngorhamWhy are you trying to break this into an hourly rate? You’re paying for their skill. Work with the trades every day and the good ones won’t roll out for less than $750 labor alone, if the job takes four hours or six. While $2400 does seem high, I always negotiate a ceiling.
- Building a pool while the homeowner builds their new home creates many challenges. The biggest being large gaps of down time between each phase of the project. Plan accordingly. This infinity edge with BBQ island, and Firepit area is almost there.
