- Replying to @miconmNo more glue guns in primary that’s for sure. Notwithstanding the fact that children do need to learn to use tools & be exposed to propitiate risk. 🤷🏻♀️
- Shouldn’t have got to a panel. She’s not prohibited at least but does have a misconduct finding on her file which seems very harsh.
- First paragraphs of Ofsted reports don’t get much worse than this. A good example why consistent routines and expectations in schools are essential

- Replying to @Toriella_86No, I don’t think so - this is probably exceptional which is why it’s getting a lot of traction. But do join a union, professional association or other teacher support organisation so that you’re professionally supported if accidents happen.
- My pet lockdown peeve is people out in groups who don’t go into single line to pass people on paths and pavements.
- I’m sorry. I’m beyond angry. We had 3 schools open today and one due to open tomorrow and they get notice at 8pm to close for all bar key worker/vulnerable? Our heads have worked tirelessly today. 😡
- Gender pay gap by sector. Education has biggest gap. Quite stark given the education workforce is also majority female
