Mr. President, on the ground here in communities like @MetuchenNJ, we don’t need you to tell us how to quarantine. We have been doing it before you even told us that we would be back to normal in 15 days.
I am giving consideration to a QUARANTINE of developing “hot spots”, New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. A decision will be made, one way or another, shortly.
