    Senior nurses visiting staff at the frontline isn’t ‘inspiring leadership’; it’s common decency & doesn’t warrant endless tweets. Inspiring leadership = thinking strategically,acting fast & taking responsibility for ensuring patient & staff safety.I’d like to hear more about that

    In the UK, this 5-year old girl was in the hospital getting chemotherapy. When the nurses found out she loved ballet, they surprised her with a very special performance.

    Having to keep the location of a talk on women's rights & experiences in the field of healthcare a Top Secret is where we are right now. Wonder what the MILLIONS of women denied the right to even walk into these libraries over the centuries would think of that. #AmplifyingWomen

    Can we please stop talking about bed blocking. We should value people not beds. Still can’t forgive the doctor who told my dying father he was a bed blocker 10 days before he died causing my father huge shame

    To all the nurses and ex nurses not in clinical practice wondering if they could do it - there is plenty of fundamental care to be done . Vital signs, drug rounds, encouraging fluids, supporting patients to tolerate CPAP. If I can do it, you can do it 3/n
