Senior nurses visiting staff at the frontline isn’t ‘inspiring leadership’; it’s common decency & doesn’t warrant endless tweets. Inspiring leadership = thinking strategically,acting fast & taking responsibility for ensuring patient & staff safety.I’d like to hear more about that
