This home was sold in 2020 for $365K. It was first listed in Dec 2024 for $750K. It's now listed for $595K and is in foreclosure What happened to all that equity? 🤔 In Scottsdale, no less When I managed default during the GFC you saw this often

Holy cow. This is a gigantic scandal. The Biden Administration has been making mortgage payments for 1 million homeowners who were in default. They artificially manipulated the market to make the economy look better and drive housing prices up. Link in the next post

50-year mortgage? Heck, as @m3_melody explains on today's show, the 30-year itself is unnatural and gaslit by government. It's one of the many reasons why housing prices because way too high for the median income.
