chia seeds, lemon and water, 10-20k steps a day + stairmaster an hour every day, cut out carbs/snacks and intermittent fasting (probably won’t be 10kg but could be like 4/5kg)
that actually was one of the reasons why i started wearing it because i used to sometimes get asked what religion i am and i felt so bad about how it wasn’t obvious
she is definitely not transphobic since she was originally going to allow them to join the gym and so what?? there’s so many other gyms available to them why can’t biological women have this space for themselves
