- This is one of my favorite bits of screenwriting advice. After hearing this, a lot of the negative feedback that I got on earlier drafts started to make sense.
00:00 - Is it REALLY worth it to shell out $500-$1,000 for a pitch deck for this short? Or should I just open Canva and pray? Genuine question 😭
- Newer writers, how do you deal with contradicting feedback from two different readers?
- I want to hire an artist to do a poster for me similar to the one below. Anyone have any recommendations?
- Chicken and waffles with syrup and hot sauce?? Okra chips?? WATERMELON SLICES??!?!??
GIF - Very first rejection. Not too bummed out about it, considering that there was over 15,000 submissions to this comp and I didn’t really expect to advance. I’m happy I took the step to submit it, though, regardless of the result.
