    Lots of things I’m proud of in the past 12 months but tonight we celebrated the 1st bday of my little caboose and it feels like a milestone. I get asked all the time on how I “do it all.” My only reflections are 1) just Find a Way, and 2) self forgiveness

    When I joined @UnderscoreVC 3 years ago, I was the only woman (and 🤰) Today our team is 50% women, over half of team is parents with young kids + dual working households. Very energized + grateful every day for what we are building here. Especially this group of _U ladies

    Having babies (during pandemic) makes me extra appreciative of community. It indeed takes a village. Grateful for the time to welcome our daughter & focus on these little humans. Even more convinced of our community driven approach to vc @UnderscoreVC & excited to keep building.
