- This is why I always advise myself that the best investment I can do, is to make sure I increase my earning potential. It's not 22% P.A. that will make me rich. Those ones are for when I have enough to diversify. This doesn't mean not building a savings culture now though.it took me 8 years to save what I now earn in 8 days of working ... crazy how they are both 8 but very different 8s haha
