    HORRAY! The UN Committee on the Rights of the Child adopted General Comment 25 on Children’s rights in relation to the digital environment. Fantastic document to be officially unveiled in a few weeks on the OHCHR website (when it has gone through final editing and translations).

    This Armenian initiative 🇦🇲 @tumocenter, which I visited in Yerevan, embraces the credo of providing free top-notch #education for children, and it is spreading worldwide 🇫🇷 🇨🇭 🇱🇧 🇷🇺 🇩🇪 🇦🇱 🇺🇦. We need more projects like this that empower children in the #digital world.

    🧵 Despite persistent efforts, we are currently unable to deliver aid via the Lachin corridor & other routes, including Aghdam. With these convoys blocked, our concern is that the humanitarian situation will further deteriorate.
