- Replying to @kkavann and @_waabi_saabi_Also, ramen noodles owing to low hydration are best made by industrial grade machines and are seldom made by hand. And as for scale, I believe good things take time.

- Replying to @kkavann and @_waabi_saabi_It started as a basic take-away kit for assembly at home for about a year and then moved to pop-ups at the courtyard for people to experience the subtle charm of a noodle shop in person. Post the pop ups, we have opened naru noodle bar as an 8 seater ramen bar in Aug’22.

- Replying to @kkavann and @_waabi_saabi_I went to Japan in 2018 and literally just ate a lot of Ramen! Being a professionally trained chef for about a decade now, I have read, researched and studied ramen during the lockdown and then spoken with ramen cooks abroad and here to build this product.
