🧵of all the dosas I’ve had and will have.
Dosa/Dose/Dhosai/Dhosha. Love them however it’s pronounced/spelled or made.
Mum says I never liked baby food, but mushed up Dhosha and Sambar was always a winner.
The nicest store front I’ve come across in Bangalore so far. Just look at how pretty! 🥲
Nari & Kāge make some of the nicest cheese around, a proper delicatessen. They’ll stock up on more produce soon, do visit them
📍196, 12th Main Koramangala, 4th block

(1) No trip to Chennai feels complete without a pitstop at one of my favorite bakeries:
Brød, ECR Road. A Scandinavian inspired bakery that makes small batch pastries ♥️
Some of the nicest baked goods you’ll find in India, and it’s run by the sweetest couple: Subika and Firat.
How beautiful is that brick oven? Apparently everything is made in that. 😅
📍Chez Mariannick - Whitefield. French Bakery and Pizzeria.
Only been on my list since forever and finally visited them today. They’ve been around for at least 10 years now.

Bangalore! A few more things to set up, but Juny’s Bakehouse is now open in Jayanagar :’)
Go check it out and let .@riabelliappa know what you think 😅
Everything you’ll see on the menu is several parts nostalgia paired with plenty finesse :’)
I LOVE how this guy consistently shows up and sells lotuses through the morning. 9/10 times you’ll find him right outside Labonel, 12th main, Indiranagar with a little bit of drama in the way he sells. I’m a fan. 💅🏾
