With 2026 ACA plans officially live, we can now see the impact of Congress' failure to extend enhanced premium tax credits. A 64 YO couple in Morgantown with household income of $85k will see their premiums for the same plan increase by over $4,000 *per month*

For a single 35 year old female in Beckley making $40,000, a silver plan goes up $100/month (or $1,200/year), closer to the average spike West Virginians will see

All health insurance is expensive. People who don't get their health coverage through an employer are unable to take advantage of the tax preferences of employer-sponsored health coverage or economies of scale, so the tax credits fill in that gap.

Do something about it. Please be the check on executive power that you are constitutionally obliged to be. This is dangerous.

I, and all other staff at our Navigator org, will be laid off at the end of the day today if no news. We have no other funding to draw from.

Over the weekend 10 plus restaurants in Morgantown alone had to close due to workers or patrons testing positive for COVID-19. It’s abundantly clear that bars and restaurants are vectors for spread of the virus. What’s the plan here?

West Virginia is the only state where child poverty increased by the official measure last year. Please be serious.
I'll be on @FoxNews this morning at 10:50 a.m. with @Riley_Gaines_ discussing protecting the integrity of women's sports. We must protect women's sports by taking commonsense steps to ensure fair and equal competition for all athletes.

You’ve got to wonder what people in the southern coalfields and Wheeling still reeling and rebuilding from flooding think about this prioritization. West Virginia first?
