    The only word that stays phonetically consistent across almost all languages is the word ‘mama’ <ma> is one of the first speech sounds a baby can call out, so we took that sound and made it the word. Which means in a way, our babies named us too.

    I don’t know if this is helpful but I’ve experienced hypothermia before and here’s what is important to know: - the fastest and safest way to bring your body temperature up is to DRINK warm liquids. soup, tea, etc - you will feel compelled to shower in hot water but DON’T-
