- Those of us who have had access to classified Top Secret/SCI info know the FBI’s work doesn’t end with recovering information improperly stored. There must also be a “damage assessment” to identify every single person who *may* have had unauthorized access. Watch this space.
- The head of the FBI Agents Association tells me threats against the bureau are "real" and "imminent." The organization is demanding political leaders unequivocally denounce these attacks, insisting: "There is NO justification for targeting law enforcement in the United States."
- A major point here: The FBI found documents marked "HCS," which refers to clandestine human sources who risk their lives to provide information to the US government.
