I’ve been at war with my body for decades. Cancer changed that.

Not my proudest moment as a reporter. But I could not hold this back.
"It's just not OK. It's not OK what we're doing to each other. These families should not be going through this. No family should be going through this." In an emotional report, @sarasidnerCNN shared the pain that comes with covering the deadly coronavirus. cnn.it/2K69hYm

Cute moment. As President Biden walks into the White House @jaketapper sees he is getting close to where @kaitlancollins is standing and says ‘are you ready he’s coming your way.?’ @kaitlancollins responds “I was born ready!”

In my 25 years as a reporter I have NEVER heard police in America actually say “journalists will be arrested” during a protests. But that happened in #BrooklynCenter last night. We stayed. The citizens are why we stay. I took this moments aft the announcement #DaunteWright

Yesterday the Israeli Prime Minister's office said that it had confirmed Hamas beheaded babies & children while we were live on the air. The Israeli government now says today it CANNOT confirm babies were beheaded. I needed to be more careful with my words and I am sorry.

Question: How many times does someone have to do a Nazi salute before you call them a Nazi?

61-year-old witness Charles McMillian breaks completely down on stand sobbing. He say he "feels helpless. I don't have a mama either. I understand him" after watching #GeorgeFloyd beg for his mama on police body camera video. Full disclosure: I'm a wreck ya'll.

Heading inside courtroom for the first time today for the #DerekChauvinTrial. Most of us have watched from our screens outside. My nerves are shot. Only 2 reporters are allowed inside court. It’s our job to send notes on what you can’t see to hundreds of journalists. Pray for me

I often wonder if we have an empathy problem in this country. I am not a scientist or doctor but wouldn’t that solve a lot of our problems?

I’m not going anywhere. I love Minneapolis, it’s surrounding suburbs including #BrooklynCenter , and it’s people. I get that people are mad. It’s normal. I take no offense. Emotions are understandably high after the killing of #DanteWright.
This was quite a moment on CNN.

#Verdict reached. I spoke w #GeorgeFloyd’s brother Philonise. He hadn’t heard a verdict was reached in #DerekChauvintrial. I felt bad for being the 1 to tell him. You know what he said? “It’s gonna be alright.” “It’s a historic case for America but a deeply personal case for us”
