- Watch out for #Partygate on @Channel4 tonight at 9.30. In it I’m playing Boris Johnson, both vocally and physically, filmed over the shoulder and at distance so as to blend with the real news footage. ‘Partygate’ is a tough watch in places but a very important one..
00:00 - So full of sorrow and sadness to learn that dear Mike Yarwood has left us.. The Godfather of impressions on TV. First to have all the multi cameras & split screens which he used ingeniously to make all his characters burst into vivid life. An inspiration and a wonderful soul xx
