- Replying to @KGreenberg_SMH. Anyone, literally anyone in US history would have been in jail weeks ago. Yet even now the justice system is afraid to treat all defendants equally. This sets up a horrible precedent looking ahead for people on trial. Why would they not have their lawyers cite this case
