MAGA: Why didn’t you complain when Biden didn’t release the Epstein files? For good reason. Releasing the files could’ve jeopardized DOJ’s case vs. Maxwell. But in September 2024, Maxwell lost her appeal. A retrial is unlikely. Nothing stops Trump from releasing the files now.

As SDNY Criminal Division Deputy Chief, I was responsible for approving charges and non-prosecution requests. I wouldn’t have approved Hunter Biden’s tax or gun cases. If Hunter’s last name wasn’t Biden, I don’t believe he would have been charged. His pardon is justified.

I tried a federal sex trafficking case with 1 victim. Trafficker got 20 yrs in jail. Acosta knew of 50+ Epstein victims. Federal charges carry 15 yrs - life, but Acosta cut a deal: state case and 16 months in jail. How many victims did Acosta need to bring a federal case?
