I don’t think that’s an Altoid he’s sucking on…recently released body cam evidence of george floyd with a small bag of fentanyl in his mouth. sure he was treated roughly but that cop didn't kill him, he overdosed on fentanyl. cam and autopsy evidence were withheld from the public for years. cop is still in jail for this too.
