- Replying to @jmcgrubs @october4th and @bencsmokeI had muted this, because there’s something unsettling about the interaction, which was pretty raw and in the moment, but you’re right, when the first person to bring that up posted it, it really was fair enough and over. Glad people have had fun quote tweeting the above, though.
- Replying to @bencsmokeCan you point to an example of a political assassination making the world a better place, ever?
- Replying to @robinallenderOlder sister’s mate who turns up to your house party and nicks all your parents’ booze
- Replying to @nocontextfm1Fans on that laptop will be louder than the engines.
- Replying to @Viathanlol and @mattmatt080We’re talking about people that buy 9 different copies of the same album, never open them and tell themselves they’re a part of a movement, which is to make a billionaire even richer than they already are.
- Sanction/disqualify/prosecute venue operator? Absolutely. Adapt/modernise/improve venue? Absolutely. Allow the many predatory, opportunistic developers in the area to repurpose into jazzy flats? No, not at all.
- @British_Airways I have a colleague at Brandenburg Airport and you’ve lost £5k of products while she travelled with them from LHR to BER. There’s nobody on the ground to help and no number available to call. What should she be doing now?
- Replying to @paulweeedonHad to share this with my colleagues last week to explain what I think High Art is.
- Replying to @postoctobrist and @AliceAvizandumI like it when someone uses “To Whom It May Concern” because it implies to me that they’re not fucking around. I know it’s meant to be catch-all, but like “To Some Fucking Person, Whose Existence I Do Not Care To Speculate On” hits hard.
- Honestly, the lack of talent, imagination and culture among the vampiric/parasitic types rife in the economy is a worrying symptom for said economy.
- Replying to @ChampsDeadwoodYou’re a fucking tragic figure, pal, it’s a sad existence you’ve got.
- Replying to @NicholasGuyattThe thing about Wes Streeting is that nowhere in his background has he ever come close to demonstrating some aptitude for his current brief. Except when we was a public sector consultant at PwC, which really tells you everything he’ll end up doing.
- Replying to @bencsmokeMussolini was deposed and summarily executed, I’d argue within the collective consciousness, we view assassinations (as this was an attempt) as more sudden/secret than that. I also think you know that and your attempt at the oblique with the above image shows it.
