- Replying to @MSNOWNews and @MSNBCThere’s a very easy way to disarm a hostile press - let them ask their questions and put their points over - even if in your opinion they are going on a bit. Then give them a straight answer; no more and no less. If you can’t do that you’re not fit to be President.
- As safe as you can possibly be! He’s also the only President to call “Fake news” on anything that passes for an opposing opinion. He doesn’t really get the point of political debate does he?
- Replying to @George__Koch and @simonharris_mbdSorry, George but from where I sit it’s not arrogant or short-sighted. Small businesses rely on people paying for their products and the internet is full of influencers trying to get freebies for likes. Absolutely doesn’t pay their mortgage.
- Replying to @BethRigbyDidn’t mishear. Utter lack of class and decency.
- Many a true word spoken in jest. I dread to think how many MP’s have their “integrity” index-linked to polling and the safeness of their seats.OFFICIAL STATEMENT
- Just want to say #ThankYou to @Primark for their #Generosity. My wife is a paramedic for London Ambulance Service and Primark has provided a goody bag for every single member of LAS staff. Nightwear, vest tops, beauty products... She really feels appreciated. 👍
- Oh, this is just glorious! Such an apposite description of the week in politics.NEW: The Papua New Guinea Courier's London correspondent reflects on standards in public life.
- Replying to @Femi_SorryI won’t be setting foot in a Wetherspoons ever again. I’d rather spend my beer money in my local pub which cares about it’s staff and customers.
- Replying to @welsh_shaun @RealMattLucas and @ConservativesAs someone living in Kent, if being sold to France means I get to stay in the EU then I could be liking that deal.... 🤣
- Replying to @Peston @theresa_may and 2 othersProves the Jed Bartlet quote that “Decisions are made by those who show up”.
- Replying to @Arron_banksThe country I grew up in was in the EU. I’d rather like that aspect back.
- Replying to @SophWarnes and @SophieWarnesOh my. This brings tears to my eyes. 😢
