    Those are very severe pressure ulcers that form after weeks to months of neglect, hence the soiled brief. She also has edema in her hands so not understanding why they wouldn't remove her rings & consult a physician for whatever renal or cardiac issues she has. Transfer her asap!

    This is not ghetto but instead trifle. There is literal dog food and or rat droppings on the floor next to a dish drying rack. The water is brown. No soap and dirty towels hanging. She missing teeth. I'm tired.
