Why? They get blamed for… everything.

HR here and I’m so sorry, there seem to more bad HR teams than good ones. I always tell friends to consult a lawyer if anything fishy happens and to document everything. Even if you’re happy at a job, document!
Here's something that your Head of People probably won't admit to you:
If your employer requires you to return to the office full-time, they don't give a shit about inclusion.
Let me tell you why...
Screenshot emails/messages. You can also keep a log of convos/incidents that includes dates. If it’s important follow up in writing if you want to create an official paper trail and proof of a complaint.
