My Mom officially retired today after teaching for 46 years. My parents have carpooled to work for over 30yrs. Since 2005 did morning cafeteria duty together. They both loved teaching and have been great examples for me and @jaschattle. #FamilyofEducators

The Schattle Family followed Mr. Knippel from Dunn, Parker,Nimitz 9, and Nimitz Sr @jaschattle was his student. My Dad was a teacher for him. Mr. Knippel gave me my first teaching position and then called me for my first principal job at AEC. He was a true blessing to our family.

Today I said goodbye to my @TeagueMS_AISD staff. Grateful for this amazing team. They were a blessing to me. I was glad @BaylorGirl2003 and the girls were able to join me and hear the kind words from my staff. Looking forward to serving as Northside-Transportation Director.
