- Today marks 10 years since I 'Came Out' to my family - when I couldn't even say the words 'I am gay'. A decade later & the journey has been truly remarkable, from wristbands & rainbowlaces, to @officialgaa walking for the 1st time in @DublinPride Thanks for all your support 🏳️🌈
- Imagine if @CrokePark did something generous for a change instead of making money. Gift a pair of seats to lucky schools, who could use them as Buddy seats on yard.....if a child sits on it during playtime, schoolmates notice they have nobody to play with and invite them to join.A very limited number of commemorative seats from Croke Park will go on sale midday tomorrow. These seats are sold only in pairs and will be numbered & have a commemorative plaque on the back. Due to the limited availability, seats will be sold on a first come first served basis.
- Refereeing in Croke Park today for @IronGames2019 charity event for Haemochromatosis Ireland. Sweetest red I've ever given! 🤣 🤣
- So here it is........ Just want to say a huge thank you to you all for your messages of support over the last 24 hours."For the first time in 36 year history of Pride, the GAA has accepted an invitation to walk in the Pride Parade" #LateLate live now
00:00 - One of us makes the crowd hop in Croke Park with our performance ....... the other just plays piano and sings!
- The GAA is a place #WhereWeBelong - irrespective of sexuality or gender identity. Thanks to my officials @officialgaa @SkySportsGAA @MayoGAA @TipperaryGAA @stonewalluk and @SportingPrideIE for their help in making today happen. #RainbowLaces
- Despite all the toys and technology @jacquihurley's #girlsplaytoo was the real winner last night with my nieces @20x20_ie
- The biggest day of the football season and no better man to take charge of it. Best wishes to David Gough and his team of officials. #AllirelandFootballFinal
- The pejorative use of homophobic language on national TV is abhorrent and unacceptable. I'm disgusted. @RTEmcbennettd @RTEgaaNot long after the GAA's first official participation in Gay Pride, the outdated label 'pansy boy' used on a GAA TV programme🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
00:00 - Cannot commend @UlsterGAA enough for making yesterday such a memorable day for all the match officials. They make our jobs so much easier & ensure we are well equipped to perform as best we can. Incredible personal touches. Great volunteers. Thanks also @MeathGAA for the new gear
- On the way home from Clones tonight post Monaghan v Galway and delighted to find @Hunterstowngfc from @louthgaa flying their #pride flag high over their walls. Massive respect 🙌🏽🙌🏽 @GerMcTavish @officialgaa @SportingPrideIE
- Had the luck of bumping into Dylan and his friends in Armagh last week after the game in the Athletic Grounds. Great to chat with children who always put things into perspective - gave Dylan my match cards to keep......he's promised not to put them on Ebay.
- 💔 Croíbhriste. He made us smile, laugh. He made us all better by his presence. That wit 🤭 He inspired thousands of teachers in @dochaseireann & @CnmbDublin cultivating & promoting a love of Gaelic Games in us all. He handed me a whistle in 2005 & mentored me every match since.
